At ShopFurn, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read the following return and refund policy carefully before making a return request.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible to return an item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition.

  • It is returned in its original packaging with all parts and accessories.

  • You have proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or invoice).

  • The product is not a custom-made or special order item.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty:

  • Mattresses, pillows, or bedding that have been unsealed or used.

  • Flat-pack furniture that has been assembled or partially assembled.

  • Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalised products.

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery.

  • Items not in their original packaging or damaged due to misuse.


3. Damaged or Faulty Items

We inspect all products prior to dispatch, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report a damaged item:

  • Email us at info@shopfurn.co.uk

  • Include your order number, clear photos of the damage, and a description of the issue

We will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement part

  • Full product replacement

  • Refund (only if the item is non-repairable or non-replaceable)


4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@shopfurn.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and arrange collection (if applicable).

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  4. Make the item available for collection on the scheduled date.

⚠️ Note: Return collections may incur a return shipping charge unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If you return an item due to change of mind or order error, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • If your item is faulty or we delivered the wrong item, we will cover the return cost.

Return fees will be deducted from your refund if we arrange collection.


6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping or assembly service charges (if any) are non-refundable.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an item (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement product.


8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before delivery:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at info@shopfurn.co.uk.

  • If the order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be issued.

  • If the item is already in transit, you may need to follow the return process.
